Google Sign-In and OAuth authentication
Workhand may allow you to sign in using Google Sign-In. When you authenticate through Google, we may receive limited profile information such as name and email address. This information is used only for authentication and account creation.
Workhand does not access personal email content, Google Drive files, or other Google data unless explicitly authorized by you. Workhand complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Email support@workhand.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity, then delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. We measure how the site is used with PostHog, configured so that it stores nothing on your device and creates no persistent identifier for you. Visitors are counted using a code that PostHog generates on its own servers from a value that changes every day, so a visit today cannot be linked to a visit tomorrow, and it cannot be traced back to you.
The site stores one item in your browser for the length of the tab: if you arrived from a campaign or a search, we keep a note of that so we can tell which of our efforts brought people here. It holds no personal information and it is gone when you close the tab.
What we collect this way is pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, how quickly pages loaded, and errors the site ran into. We do not collect anything you type into the contact form. Analytics data is processed by PostHog in the European Union.
The Workhand app at app.workhand.in works differently. Because you have an account there, usage is linked to it, and the consent you give when you sign up covers that. This section is about the public website only.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load analytics at all.
Third-party services
Workhand may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, authentication providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
For the public website, the service that receives data is PostHog, which provides our analytics and processes it in the European Union.
Children's privacy
Workhand services are intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
