Yes. A Folio for individuals and a Portfolio for studios are free, with no time limit and no card. You only pay to run your studio in Workspace, or to add a website on its own.
It's one price per active member of your studio, billed monthly or yearly, with a lower rate on yearly billing. The current per-seat rates are always shown live in the calculator above. Add or remove seats as your team changes, and every account includes the cloud storage listed with the plan. Applicable taxes are added on top.
No. Only active members of your own studio use a seat. Clients get the portal by link, and outside consultants, contractors and vendors are recorded as contributors. Both are free and unlimited.
Mark them as a former member. Their authorship and project history stays intact, but the seat is freed and your next bill reflects it, down to the plan's seat minimum. You never pay for people who've moved on.
Yes. Buy a domain (e.g. www.yourstudio.com) and share it with us, or we'll help you set one up. Then your site goes white-label on your own address, with the Workhand branding removed. A custom domain is included with Workspace.
Your website is free with any Workspace plan, including your own custom domain (white-label) and unlimited brochures. A standalone yearly plan, for studios that want only the website, is coming soon. There's no build fee either way; the site is templated and self-serve.
A brochure is auto-composed from a project and stays in sync. Share it as a link, with no layout work. It's currently free for every account, firm or individual Folio.
